We provide MEP estimating services USA. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us, Estimating Company. They supersede any previous arrangements concerning your order. Where the terms of your order are different to, in addition to, or otherwise conflict with these Terms, our Terms shall prevail. Only a document in writing, signed by us, shall be an acceptance to vary these Terms.
Normally, if you have accepted our quotation and have paid, we’ll send your estimate within 8 to 16 hours. Sometimes though, delays do happen, especially if the project is more complex. So, you wait a little longer, sometimes a couple of days or so.
We will do the best we can to give you accurate estimates. We know this is when they are needed and that time is of the essence. Thank you for your patience while we work on your estimate. If you have questions, feel free to ask. We’re here to help!
Protecting Your Financial Information
We use Quickbooks Online Payments to ensure that your personal information remains confidential. You can easily pay using a credit card or PayPal. If you ever need to make a payment, you know your privacy is important to us. After we receive your plans and check the project details, we will return with a quote. That quote’s going to come with a Quickbooks invoice and a delivery date for your project. We just want you to have all the info you need to decide.
If you accept the quote, it’s easy to pay. You can pay directly from your mobile phone or computer. If you need to pay over the phone, you can call us. We’re here to help you!
Limitations of Liability
Estimating Company shall not hold liability in case a contractor fails to meet the deadline for the submission of quotation. Refunds will not be made once the estimate is delivered to you for whatever reason involved. In case you choose to have a third party do any portion of the work without consulting us, you will lose the right to ask for credits or returns. This principle, in a way, helps us correct problems before they grow to mammoth proportions. We hope your project goes by smoothly.
To be very plain, after we provide the estimate, we cannot refund it at all for whatever reason. The only time that this changes is if we agree to it when you sign the contract. Please keep this in mind as you make your decisions. Your understanding helps us better serve you.
Confidentiality of Client Information and Non-Disclosure Agreement
We ask our clients whether or not they want this information kept private. In case you want confidentiality, we can create a Non-Disclosure Agreement which we will be willing to sign and also sign on your part. This helps keep your information very private. We do not assume you want your information kept private. Therefore, without your permission, Estimating Company reserves the right to use your information for marketing. This may include things like testimonials, your name, your company name, and your logo. We also may use project names, cost estimates and drawing plans in our marketing.
We respect your privacy and also want to meet your needs. Please let us know how you would like your information treated. Your opinions are important, and we want to respect your wishes so that our products get the right publicity.
Acceptance of Work
These terms explain how you work with the Seller and what each of us is responsible for. These T&Cs replace any old agreements. They can only change if we both sign a new one. When you order, you agree to these terms. We offer services like estimating, consulting, and preliminary work. There are delays in deliveries. You will receive the work with a payment obligation unless it was received late. We typically deliver work electronically. That is your responsibility to oversee. Failure to pay on time allows the Seller to cancel future deliveries or to end the contract. Payment must be received prior to delivery, unless other terms have been agreed by us.
We check that electronic files are correct. If there are problems on your end, you might have to pay extra to fix them. The Seller can refuse any materials they don’t like. You need to check the work when you get it and report any issues right away. If you don’t, you accept the work as good.
Disclaimer on Estimates
We don’t offer extra insurance, financial guarantees, or warranties with our estimates. Our estimates are just guidelines to help you understand costs. They are not final prices. We use RSMeans to get prices for materials and labor based on your zip code, but prices can change due to different installers and regions.
Price changes can happen for many reasons. Different contractors and vendors may have different costs. So, our MEP estimating services USA are a starting point, not a fixed amount.
